Why Your Leadership and HR Are Nothing Like Steve Jobs.

Think about it! HR is your greatest vehicle for turning things around and not. Your human resources department reflects your level of incompetence, beliefs and fears. Unlike any other department you instead staff it with the least people friendly, adaptive and innovative people possible. Neither of you would have hired Steve Jobs before he became Steve Jobs.

He was heretical against tried and true methods. He disdained, “This is the way things have always been done around here.” He would have walked out on, “My way or the highway.” He would have insisted your meetings actually accomplish setting new standards and holding everyone accountable. More than that Jobs would have held himself accountable for immense change. Something you are not. Therein is the problem with your organization.www.innothinkgroup.com ‪#‎HR‬‪#‎shrm‬ ‪#‎leadership‬ ‪#‎coaching‬
