Customer service is easy. Most companies have it, forgive me mom, ass backwards. They focus only on customers while treating their employees as though they were vagrants on a cold night. “I feel your pain but have a nice night.”
If you just worked on the bad service you give your employees .. they will take care of the bad service you once gave to your customers. If you think you gave good service before .. watch how engaged employees who have trust elevate the game.
