Empower your teams to knock down the small hurdles. Particularly the trivial minutiae so small your employees may not wish to disturb you with.

There is no such thing as minutia.

How does a company fall prey to a competitor? How does an organization lose market share?

How do profits erode or once vaunted innovations no longer achieve sustainable advantages? A project gets behind a  day, then a week. Improvements trickle in. Before you know it a day has become a “well intentioned” year behind schedule. When viewed from this precipice the delays and inaction appear justifiable.

Hence, the little things too minute to heed become lost opportunities hidden away in the little things.

The leader, manager, front-line supervisor and the empowered employee must become the initiator to remove bureaucracy and it’s accompanying protective silos.

You become personally and organizationally not merely the strategists – chief but rather the facilitator of accountable and getting things done. NOW!!
