How to Run The Most Effective Meeting Possible #smb

Perhaps all my life I have been disgruntled with meetings. I assure you your employee’s share this feeling. There have been times, okay I’ll be honest here, there has been many times where I surmised an email would have done the trick.

Here is my point. The real opportunity of a meeting is often lost through the need of someone on high to check off, “Well we did this and that.” A meeting is a leadership opportunity to engage, inspire, hold accountable and empower.
